If you think that now it's enough to carry a pot belly around your waist then read the recent research below.
In recent researches it has been found that if you consume two apples a day with a small bowl of fresh peas along with half a cup of in to beans and vigorous exercise for about half hour 2 to 3 times a week can help in getting rid of that belly fat.
This research has been published by Wake Forest Baptist Medical Centre certain vegetables and fruits like peas and apples possess soluble fibre that relives from the belly fat.
As per their studies an addition of just ten grams of these soluble fibres in daily routine may help in reducing the visceral fat by up to 3 to 7 percent in five years. With increase of physical activities and exercises the visceral fat may decrease by up to 8 percent.
Krsiten Hairston of Wake Forest Baptist Medical center who is a Assistant professor for internal medicines said that "higher the amount of visceral fat is present in the body, the body is at greater risk for problems like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, fatty liver disease etc. Simple modification in eating habits and lifestyle may give a great impact on your health."
These studies were carried out on about 1114 people. These people underwent stiff physical examination along with a long list of questions that were regarding their dietary regimen and life style. These people also underwent a CAT scan. These procedures were repeated about 5 years later also to do the comparative studies.
It was established in the research that increase in the consumption of the fibers was directly proportional to the decrease in the fat accumulated in the viscera. But it was not effective in the reduction of subcutaneous fat. Hence it is essentially noted that more tough fat i.e. visceral fat is being removed by following these instructions.
As per Kristen Hairson, the assistant professor of Internal Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical college "there have been a noticeable improvement in the reduction of the visceral fat with the regular use of fruits, vegetables and exercises".
These data were collected and data based by experts and were done under specialist conditions created by doctors and nutritionist, who had seen all the processes that were used during both times. These results were published in online journals on June 16 in Journal Obesity as per ANI.
