As it is universally observed that obesity or overweight is due to our wrong eating habits, lack of exercise and sedentary lifestyle.

To reduce weight quickly you should go for organic and natural food like: fruits and vegetables and should completely avoid junk food, fried, buttered, and sweetened food. You should have a protein rich diet and reduce the intake of carbohydrate.

Exercise is very important to reduce as well as maintain weight. Taking an half an hour brisk walk daily can help reduce weight.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. It helps in cleansing your body. Avoid artificial flavored fruit juices, colas, milk and soda. Rather opt for soy milk, vegetable soup, or broth.

  • Completely cut down canned fruit juices, pizzas, burgers, and sweets.
  • Take smaller portions of food and eat them very slowly. This will make you feel fuller.
  • Restrain yourself from eating out for at least 10 days.
  • Eat cut fruits, carrots, nuts to control hunger pangs.
  • Reducing stress levels is also important in order to lose weight quickly.
  • Do not skip exercising on any day.
  • Avoid smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages.
  • Self motivation is very important and hence rewards yourself when you lose even slightest amount of weight.
  • Do not subscribe to any fad diet without consulting your doctor.
